1.) Login to itsorealestate.ca to see the Bridge Agreements icon under the Applications section.
2.) Click on “Create new agreement”
3.) On the Search by Vendor search bar found on the upper right, type and search for “Deckspire”
4.) Click ‘Agree to Terms’ to move forward then click “Next” to complete first step of the application
5.) After agreeing to the terms, you will need to fill in a questionnaire.
The first question asks which feed type you are requesting. The most commonly requested feed by salespeople is an IDX feed but more than one feed can be specified in the first answer of the questionnaire.
Please note that if your brokerage is opted-out of IDX then you may want to request both an IDX feed and an Office Active Listings feed in order to show your brokerage’s listings on the website as well as make it possible to search available listings in the surrounding area.
6.) Once done with the questionnaire, click on the green “Execute Agreement” button. This will then send the agreement to all the other parties. You will receive a notification once the agreement has been signed and approved by all parties.
