Your MLS uses a third-party provider called MLS Grid, to manage their approval process.
In order to get your MLS's listings automatically synced to your website daily you must follow the instructions below after you submit an approval request via your Web4Realty portal:
You (the agent) will receive an online agreement to sign through MLS Grid, usually within 1 business day of submitting an approval request in your Web4Realty portal
After you sign, your broker will receive the same online agreement to sign
We recommend giving them a quick heads up about your approval process by giving them a ring or shooting over a quick email
After your broker signs, your MLS will approve your agreement, usually within 1-2 business days
Once approved, our team will be notified via MLS Grid and we will connect the feed to your site immediately
