Thank you for signing up for a new account with Web4Realty! Now we can begin the approval process to enable access to the First MLS (FMLS) listings to your website.

First MLS requires their members to go through an online process in order to be approved for IDX display on their website.

Please see below for your next steps:

Go to the FMLS.com homepage, navigate to My FMLS > Marketplace > Browse Products and select the Web4Realty product from the list. Once selected, a product details screen will appear, and you can enter the necessary information and confirm the subscription.

Important note:

Please ensure that your selected subscription type is "Agent" or "Brokerage." Please DO NOT select "All Agent" or "All Brokerage."

Once you have completed the above steps, an email will automatically notify us of your approval. Upon receiving approval, we will notify you and enable your account access to the FMLS real estate listings.
