Wordpress Plugin Setup

Follow these steps to install the Web4Realty Wordpress Plugin onto your Wordpress site:

Step 1: Log into your Wordpress site backend. This is typically located at: yoursite.com/wp-admin/ (replace yoursite.com with your actual website domain)

Step 2: On the left hand side, click on Plugins > Add Plugin

Step 3: Click on Upload Plugin on the top of the page

Step 4: Download the Web4Realty Wordpress Plugin by clicking this link. This will be a .zip file, please do NOT unzip the file.

Step 5: Drag and drop the .zip file you just downloaded into your Wordpress site and click Install Now to install the plugin.

Step 6: Once installed, find this entry in the plugins page and click Activate:

Step 7: You should see the Web4Realty IDX entry on your Wordpress site sidebar, click on it:

Step 8: Once you click on this, you will be asked to enter an API key. Follow the steps below to find your API key and click Save Changes:

Step 1: Click this link to navigate your IDX Components section within your Web4Realty account

Step 2: Create an IDX component if you don't have one (any component is fine), using the Add Component button

Step 3: Then click on Embed Code on the top right side of the page:

Step 4: From the Embed Code dialog, click on the Wordpress Plugin API Key section, to reveal your API key.
