How to add an Opportunity

As a real estate professional, it is crucial that you are recording and quantifying all the possible business opportunities that are presented to you. A potential client may tell you of a real estate transaction they plan to engage in the future, and you want to be sure that you’re prepared to nurture your relationship to convert that opportunity!

Adding opportunities with LeadBank CRM is extremely easy and takes less than 30 seconds. Successful real estate professionals make a routine habit of adding opportunities on a daily (or nightly) basis – keeping track of all their interactions throughout the day.

To add an opportunity, simply click on the contact you want to add it to. click on "Deal" and fill out the necessary fields on the form.

Under the "Type" field, you may select between "Buying", "Selling" or "Renting". Once you're done, just click "Create" and the data will be saved on that Contact's information page.
